How can I get more numbers?

You can easily add more phone numbers from your Dial.plus dashboard.
  • Log In to your Dial.Plus account
  • Go to the Numbers section.
  • Click Add Number.
  • Choose your country, area code, and number type (Random or Custom Number).
  • Complete your purchase, and the new number will be instantly available and can be assigned to any agent.
Can Dial.Plus forward calls to my team or another AI agent?

You can set call transfer rules for each agent. There are two types: Agent→Human (forward to a teammate’s phone number) and Agent→Agent (send the call to another Dial.Plus agent). New agents start with no transfer rules, and rules aren’t shared between agents. You can add or change rules anytime for new or existing agents and choose the exact numbers to forward to.
